Usually between 7-30 days after receipt of confirmation of payment. After about three days you will receive a message stating the shipping number and the name of the shipping company. There may be delays during the holiday season and for reasons that are not dependent on us. In any case you are always welcome to contact us to inquire about the status of your order.

In cases where the shipment is outside the United States, there may be a delay of approximately ten days in receiving the shipment 

In cases where you do not receive your order after 70 days, you may be eligible for a refund based on our shipping policies.

In any case, if 60 days after the order is made, no notice will be received from you. We will treat the order as if it had reache

As stated above, there may be situations in which the shipment will be delayed for reasons that are not dependent on us. However, in cases where 60 days have passed since the estimate time of delivery and you have not yet received the product you can contact us and if it is found that the shipment did not arrive for reasons unrelated to you, your money will be returned to you
